Automotive Sales Consultant – High Income Potential | Dodge, Jeep, Ram
30% commission | Uncapped Commission | Real Opportunity


Larson Dodge is hiring Sales Consultants who are ready to work, follow a process, and earn.


This is not a sit-around-and-wait role.
If you want consistent income, you need to show up, follow up, and stay engaged with customers daily.

What You Can Expect

  • Uncapped Income with a Proven Pay Plan: 
    • 30% commission (minimum $200 per unit, up to $4,000+) 
    • $500 minimum per unit at 10+ sales (retroactive) 
    • Bonuses and spiffs available 
  • Lead Flow + Traffic: Internet leads + dealership traffic 
  • Career Growth: Path into Finance or Management 

What the Job Actually Looks Like

  • Work internet, phone, and walk-in customers every day 
  • Follow up consistently—calls, texts, emails, appointments 
  • Help customers find the right vehicle and guide them through the process 
  • Stay organized in CRM and manage your pipeline 
  • Be available evenings and weekends (when customers are buying) 

  What We’re Looking For

  • Strong work ethic—shows up and stays consistent 
  • Comfortable talking to customers all day 
  • Willing to follow a process and take coaching 
  • Competitive mindset—you want to win and get paid 
  • Organized and able to manage multiple customers at once 

Sales experience helps—but isn’t required. Work ethic is.

Requirements

 

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
  • Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
  • Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
  • Effective communication skills 
  • Professional appearance.
  • Basic mathematical aptitude
  • Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
  • Clean driving record with valid driver license.
  • Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.
