Regional Marketing Manager ( On-Site Creative Lead)

Description
We’re looking for a highly creative, hands-on marketing professional who loves bringing ideas to life visually and digitally, while also owning marketing execution across multiple locations.
You’ll be the go-to creative engine for the region— creating managing content, and partnering with club leaders to drive membership, engagement, and community connection. You’ll also lead one team member focused on events, giving you the opportunity to grow your leadership skills without stepping away from the creative work you love.
Creative & Campaign Execution
· Design and launch marketing campaigns for promotions, programs, and membership growth
· Create compelling monthly marketing assets across print and digital channels
· Ensure all content reflects a consistent, elevated brand voice and visual identity
Digital & Content Marketing
· Own and execute daily social media content
· Build and send weekly email communications and monitor performance
· Maintain and grow a high-quality photo and video library
· Keep website content fresh and aligned with marketing priorities
Partnership & Collaboration
· Act as the marketing partner to club leaders
· Collaborate across departments to bring initiatives to life
Leadership
· Manage one team member focused on events and marketing support
· Provide guidance and accountability for event execution
Community Engagement
· Build relationships with local businesses and partners
· Support and promote community events and activations
Requirements
What you bring
- 3–5 years of hands-on graphic design marketing experience
- Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Experience with social media, email marketing, and content creation
- Strong project management and attention to detail
- Experience leading or mentoring at least one team member
Additional details
- Must be able to work at a computer for extended periods
- Must be able to travel between locations
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- This is an on-site position and we are looking for someone that enjoys being on-site.
