About the Role

Description

The Position:

As an Event Bartender, at Fireside Catering at the Crane Estate, you will be responsible for providing high-quality bar service to guests at events such as weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings. Our Event Bartending Team is privileged to work at some of the most beautiful venues in Massachusetts. You will work in a fun fast-paced environment alongside our energetic and positive team members!

The Position:

  • Assist in setting up bar tables and linens and unloading bar wares from the catering truck
  • Prepare and serve drinks, including but not limited to, pouring beer and wine, mixing cocktails, and garnishing drink
  • Check ID’s and uphold all alcohol service policies
  • Make sure all guests are served safely and responsibly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including cleaning glasses, wiping down surfaces, and restocking supplies
  • Execute opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the bar area
  • Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work as a team with bartenders, servers, and other staff to provide excellent customer service


The Requirements:

  • Bartending experience
  • Tips Certification - We can provide the training class if needed.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
  • Ability to exude a high level of hospitality to our guests – smile and have fun!
  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
