IT Manager

1. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
2. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
3. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
4. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members and to monitor and track progress.
5. Ensure resource availability and allocation.
6. Prepare and present regular project status updates to IT management and project stakeholders.
7. Report and escalate project issues to management as needed.
8. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
9. Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
10. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
11. Perform risk management to minimize project risk.
12. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
13. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, and sign off/transition documents from Project to Business As Usual.
14. Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
15. Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
16. Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis. Monitors Project Cost and spend based on Project Overall Budget.
17. Use and continually develop leadership skills.
18. Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
19. Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate superior. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
1. Minimum of 2-3 years experience handling IT Project Management.
2. Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in a computer-related field is a significant advantage.
3. Organized, collaborative, and results-oriented.
4. Willing to work ONSITE (Global City/ Quezon City) and any other SLMC facilities.
5. Standard working hours (8:00AM-5:00PM) apply, but amenable to a flexible schedule and overtime as dictated by business requirements.
