Lot Porter

Job Summary:
At Great Lakes Honda of Akron, we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Lot Porter to join our team. The Lot Porter is responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of the vehicle lot, assisting with vehicle movement, and supporting the sales and service departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot and showroom areas 
• Move and park vehicles in an orderly and safe manner 
• Wash, vacuum, and prepare vehicles for display or delivery 
• Monitor lot for safety hazards and report any issues 
• Assist with vehicle check-ins and inventory tracking 
• Run errands and provide general support to staff as needed

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record 
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles (preferred) 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions 
• Good communication and teamwork skills 
•  Regular and predictable attendance is required for this position.  

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles for extended periods 
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
