Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Hollywood Casino Aurora is now hosting dealer school! Dealer school, also known as a casino dealer training program, is an educational program within the casino where aspiring individuals learn the skills and techniques required to become professional casino dealers.

 

Primary responsibility of the Table Games Dealer

To deal assigned table games while providing a fun gaming experience in a friendly environment.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

  • If selected, Dealer School is FREE to attend!
  • Dealer School is Paid!
  • Candidates are eligible for day 1 benefits
  • Dealer School runs for 5 weeks

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical operations, including calculating discounts,
  • interest, and commissions and apply to practical situations
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Physical mobility with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 10 lbs
