About the Role

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking motivated Italian-speaking professionals to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support and advisory services to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout all interactions.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to client accounts with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and client experience.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on client interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in Italian (written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service, advisory, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable working with CRM software and standard office tools.
  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace a new cultural environment in Bulgaria.
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to work within a dynamic team setting.
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with relocation costs fully covered.
