What You'll Do

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will lead a major product area end-to-end, shaping architecture and delivering production-ready AI-native applications.
You’ll take ownership of complex challenges, set a high bar for quality and execution, and work closely with Product and AI teams to build scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and delivery of a full-stack product vertical (backend + UI).
• Break down complex problems and drive them to production independently.
• Ship high-impact functionality quickly, then harden it for reliability and scale.
• Raise the bar for code quality, testing, observability, and performance.
• Mentor other engineers through design reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.
• Work closely with product, customers, and platform teams to define solutions that matter.
  
  

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building user-facing products end-to-end.
• Deep proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Vue/React, PostgreSQL (or other relational DB).
• Strong architectural instincts and the ability to design clean, scalable systems.
• Proven ability to take ownership of a problem from zero-to-one → production.
• Sharp communication, strong judgment, and fast learning ability.

• Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into production apps.
• Background in multi-tenant systems, performance tuning, or platform work.
