Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Establish and secure Metro tool paths to sustain capacity and cycle time.

• Support NPI introduction and pilot run.

• Equipment PM CPM confirmation and pilot run.

• Communicate and coordinate with PO/EO, handle with equipment, lot, production line related issues.

• Assess equipment qualification data.

• Support defect scan for equipment troubleshooting.

• Tool mismatching abnormal case analysis and containment.

• WIP management, hold lot handling, priority lot arrangement and Q-time lot control.

• Equipment status monitoring and engineering time management.

• CDSEM equipment alignment issue handling.

• Orion eCAP case handing.

• Equipment MES error handling.

• Daily operating status summary and report.
