Server Factory Planner

As a Server Factory Planner at NVIDIA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our powerful products are delivered flawlessly and on time. You will be working with CM and ODM factories to drive supplier delivery, hitting NVIDIA's ambitious demand goals. Your ability to successfully implement and monitor factory supply availability and flexibility will be crucial in supporting production and accommodating changes in a timely manner.

What you'll be doing:

• Drive 100% product delivery execution and factory commitments to align with demand planning requirements.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Purchasing, PE, and SQE, to ensure supply commitments meet business needs.

• Set priorities and manage supply allocation to keep all teams aligned on execution goals.

• Monitor ECO and DA changes daily to ensure smooth transitions without supply disruption.

• Track production or material excursions, escalate issues, and collaborate with relevant teams for resolution.

• Oversee inbound material and outbound finished goods logistics, including RMA handling, failure analysis, and lead-time management.

• Maintain visibility of the material pipeline, monitor PO transactions, and support inventory control activities such as cycle counts.

• Strengthen supply planning and operational excellence through robust planning models, quality system collaboration, control plan management, and invoice/billing accuracy.

What we need to see:

• Bachelor of Science in Operations, Manufacturing Management, Logistics, or related fields.

• 5 years of pertinent experience in CM and ODM operations.

• Proven communication skills for effective cross-functional team coordination.

• Proficient in English and Mandarin (reading, writing, speaking, listening).

• Problem solver, creative problem solver with an open mind for delivering strategic solutions.

• Organized, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Experience working with server products is an advantage.

• Experience with ERP SAP is advantageous.

• Data management skills are a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Office, with Excel VBA skills being a plus.

• Experience in industrial engineering is an advantage.
