About the Role

Breakers, a casual family restaurant at The Princess Anne Country Club is seeking experienced Line and Breakfast Cooks to join our team. Ideal candidates have scratch kitchen experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can multitask while following direction.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items with consistency and quality
- Set up, stock, and maintain kitchen stations
- Prep ingredients and follow standardized recipes
- Ensure timely food production and proper presentation
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Work collaboratively with the Chef and kitchen team
Requirements:
- 2+ years of cooking experience
- Knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume setting
- Strong understanding of food safety and handling practices
