Qualifications

You’re someone who brings energy, leadership, and a genuine passion for people and retail.

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in retail
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire your team and connect with customers
  • A knack for building a high-performing, sales-focused culture
  • The ability to execute plans and drive results
  • A customer-first mindset, with confidence handling queries or concerns
  • A solid understanding of health & safety and a commitment to keeping everyone safe
