About the Role

Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized Part-Time Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations at High Grove Apartments, a welcoming 61-unit senior living community in Greenfield. This role is ideal for someone who works well independently, takes pride in maintaining a well-managed property, and values building positive relationships with residents. The position offers a consistent part-time schedule and the opportunity to support a community that promotes comfort, stability, and quality of life for older adults.


Position Details:

  • Location: High Grove Apartments 
  • Schedule: Part-time, approximately 24–28 hours per week. Hours are needed Monday through Friday, primarily during first-shift hours. There is flexibility in how the hours are distributed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day property operations including leasing, resident relations, and vendor coordination
  • Ensure timely rent collection and accurate record-keeping
  • Oversee maintenance requests and property upkeep
  • Support marketing and community engagement efforts
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Prior property management or leasing experience preferred
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with property management software is a plus
