Job Description

Now, we’re looking for an experienced retail leader to step up and help us raise the bar even higher.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead with confidence: Build and develop a high-performing, diverse team where everyone feels valued and motivated.
  • Drive results: Take ownership of sales performance and ensure exceptional store standards that keep customers coming back.
  • Be the go-to leader: Act as second-in-command, running the store seamlessly when the Store Manager is away.
  • Staff management: Supervise, train, and motivate employees, assist with hiring, and create work schedules.
  • Inventory and merchandising: Conduct stock takes, and ensure products are well-displayed and the store is visually appealing.
  • Customer service: Provide excellent customer service, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure the store is clean and safe.
  • Sales and operations: Help meet sales goals, analyze sales data and support promotional activities.
  • Administrative tasks: Assist with opening and closing procedures, handle cash register operations, and ensure company policies are followed. 

Qualifications

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment, ideally 2+ years managing teams.
  • A strong retail or management background with the ability to create a sales culture through teamwork and collaboration.
  • Exceptional communication skills to lead your team and connect with customers.
  • The experience to execute plans seamlessly, driving performance and maximizing profitability.
  • A real customer focus and the ability to handle any complaints with professionalism and a smile.
  • Awareness and commitment to health and safety protocols, keeping our team and customers safe.
