Your Role as a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant

• Provide hands-on therapeutic care following the plan of care established by the Physical Therapist 
• Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and independence 
• Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams 
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT 
• Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license 
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance 
• Home health experience preferred, but not required
