Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Help manage bulk material call-offs and coordinate deliveries to support production needs.
  • Support the team in resolving raw material shortages by working closely with the Local Supply Chain Planner (LSCP).
  • Assist with quality-related issues by coordinating with QC on blocked stock and updating relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate vendor returns with Warehouse and Outbound teams and ensure required documents are completed.
  • Help investigate inventory discrepancies by gathering information from Planning, Production, and Warehouse teams and supporting follow-up actions.
  • Assist with POCO activities and ensure proper tracking and follow-up.
  • Support the pre-shipment sample process by coordinating with Warehouse and QC and tracking testing progress.
  • Ensure materials are correctly moved, labelled, and updated in systems according to procedures.
  • Work with Supply Chain, Procurement, Production, QC, and Customer Service teams to resolve supply issues and support process improvements.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
  • Entry-level or up to 2 years of experience in supply chain or operations (internship experience welcome).
  • Willingness to learn and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic SAP knowledge and good Microsoft Office skills.
  • Clear communication skills in English and ability to work well in a team.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
