Over the years, Rosauers has grown to include Rosauers Food & Drug stores, Super 1 Foods and Huckleberry's Natural Markets. We proudly serve the Inland Pacific Northwest, with over 20 stores located throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana. In Washington, we serve the Ellensburg, Yakima, Colville, Spokane, Colfax and Walla Walla communities. Our Idaho locations can be found in Moscow & Lewiston. In Montana, our stores are in Libby, Kalispell, Missoula and Bozeman. And in Oregon, customers can find us in Hood River.
About the Role

We're thrilled to announce the opening of our newest Rosauers Supermarkets location this June! 

We're looking for enthusiastic team members to be part of something exciting from the very start. This position offers the unique opportunity to join our pre-opening team, with training for your role beginning before our doors open and the chance to help with store setup, so we're ready to deliver the exceptional Rosauers experience our customers know and love from day one.

What You'll Do:

  • Inspect incoming products and following stocking and product rotation procedures.
  • Ensure all products are neatly shelved, in their appropriate places, and rotated properly to guarantee freshness.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and restock merchandise as necessary.
  • Ensure all items are accurately priced and labeled. Hang price tags and facing products.
  • Develop display techniques for effective merchandising.
  • Assist customers with location products, answering questions, and providing recommendations as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization including shelves, displays, and surrounding areas.
  • Check on recalls; removing product and returning as directed.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

A few things you’ll need…

  • Candidates must be 18+ years or older
  • Complete a pre-employment background check
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs. at times.
