About The Company
Bielinski Homes was founded in 1960 by brothers Harry and Frank Bielinski. Now, 60 years later, Bielinski Homes has grown to become Wisconsin’s largest and most experienced new home builder with nearly 12,000 homes constructed. Through it all, we’ve never lost sight of what it means to be a family business, with two generations of Bielinskis still building some of the finest homes in southeastern Wisconsin.
Bielinski Homes has built a reputation for designing exceptional new homes that meet the changing needs of the modern family. Each new home design is frequently evaluated with modifications, from large to small, made each time. The product selection we offer is also ever changing in order to provide customers with options that are on trend but not trendy.
Each new Bielinski home is value engineered to maximize material usage and minimize waste, saving thousands of dollars. More inclusions are also incorporated in the base price. Since inclusions cost less than upgrades, the result is a lower total price than the competition. Plus each new Bielinski home and condo is Green Built Home and Focus on Energy certified.
Bielinski Homes offers a breadth of single-family and condominium home designs in multiple price ranges for first-time buyers, move-up buyers, luxury buyers, and people who are right-sizing. All new home designs can be customized to fit individual tastes and lifestyles and can be built in any Bielinski neighborhood or on any lot within nine southeastern Wisconsin counties.
Bielinski neighborhoods are conveniently located and community-focused. RediHomes® are available for people who want new homes without the standard construction process, while condominiums offer a low-maintenance lifestyle.
Now under the ownership of Frank Bielinski and his adult son, Paul Bielinski, Bielinski Homes is the only new home builder in Wisconsin that’s remained under the same family ownership for over half a century.
