Stay current with regulatory changes impacting equity compensation in India and internationally, and proactively update processes accordingly.
Employee communication & education
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries related to equity grants, vesting, exercises, and related tax implications.
Develop and maintain clear, accessible communication materials and FAQs to help employees understand their equity awards.
Conduct onboarding sessions and ongoing education for new and existing employees on equity plan mechanics and participation.
Partner with HR and People teams to ensure equity-related communications are integrated into broader employee experience initiatives.
Provide timely and accurate equity statements and transaction confirmations to employees.
