You will be part of an international team helping guests offering them the best experience when making the reservation in the luxury hotels around the world. You will be sharing your expertise and knowledge of our spectacular, world-class locations and properties while having authentic conversations with guests.  

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Luxury Travel Consultant Intern to support our team during the launch of the new Sailing Yacht project. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in luxury travel sales, CRM data management, and operational optimization within a globally recognized brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and maintain data accuracy for all leads in Salesforce CRM.
  • Assist in lead assignment based on language, schedule, and time zone.
  • Monitor and ensure timely follow-ups on client emails and cases.
  • Organize and optimize internal documentation and SOPs.
  • Provide administrative support to enhance team efficiency.
  • Manage the correct flow and scheduling of client calls.
  • Handle client correspondence post-booking and ensure seamless transfer of information to the concierge team.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to optimize sales strategies.
  • Identify inefficiencies in Salesforce workflows
  • Research and enrich client profiles for more personalized interactions.
  • Support the prioritization of VIP leads to enhance the customer experience.
  • Assist in tracking KPIs and conversion rates to provide analytical sales support.
  • Help in building communications sent to team
  • Take notes of meeting and provide minutes.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Business, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
