Healthcare Therapy Services is currently hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our supportive team at a highly-rated continuing care retirement community in Cincinnati, Ohio. This senior living community offers various levels of care from independent living to skilled nursing and short-term rehab. In this position, the OTA will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and resident programs. At 30 – 40 hours per week, this is a full-time position.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Ohio Occupational Therapy Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Ohio license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy assisting program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
