About the Role

Cavalier Distributing Florida, a premier distributor of craft beer, specialty imports, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, is looking for a self-driven, enthusiastic individual to own and grow a sales territory as our Field Sales Specialist.

What You'll Be Doing:

You will ensure our products shine in the market, from the back of the house to the front display. Your core responsibilities include:

  • Executing delivery receipt and expert merchandising/restocking.
  • Restocking, building, and maintaining compelling displays to Cavalier's high standards.
  • Executing and closing sales directly with retail decision-makers.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and proactively upselling incremental product.
  • Ensuring proper retail pricing, signage, and effective utilization of point-of-sale materials.

Requirements

Are You the One?

We're looking for an energetic, competitive, and passionate individual with a positive attitude. You should be detail-oriented, professional, and possess excellent communication skills.

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in account sales management, merchandising, retail sales, or similar consumer-packaged goods experience (previous experience in the craft beer industry is a plus!).
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record.
