Requirements
Your Role as Assistant General Manager:
- Lead and support an amazing team
- Ensure top-tier guest service & satisfaction
- Help manage daily operations, food quality, and cleanliness
- Control labor and food costs
- Foster a fun and engaging work culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous restaurant management or leadership experience
- Strong communication & time management skills
- A passion for hospitality and teamwork
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends
