Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer support in French across phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, issue resolution, and product information.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to offer accurate information.
  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to a new cultural and professional environment in Bulgaria.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia with paid relocation support provided.
