Overview

We are seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to assist clients with inquiries, research options, and coordinate service details. In this role, you will provide support to individuals and families by helping organize and manage planning requests while ensuring clear communication and a positive overall experience.

The position involves responding to client questions, reviewing available options, and assisting with coordination of services based on client preferences and timelines. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests are important for success in this role.

This is a remote position with structured onboarding and access to tools and resources. Candidates should be comfortable working independently while maintaining consistent communication and organization.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely, clear communication
  • Assist with researching options based on client preferences and needs

Qualifications
