 Job Title: Sales Associate
Location: 1357 Galleria at Tyler, Riverside, CA 92503
Employment Type: Part-Time
Compensation: $16.90 per hour


Position Overview

Pure Blades is seeking a motivated Part-Time Sales Associate with opportunities for growth within the company. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service, retail sales, and acquiring product knowledge, particularly in specialty merchandise.


Basic Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older, as the store sells swords and knives
     
  • Comfortable handling and demonstrating all products to customers
     
  • High School Diploma or higher required
     

About Our Products

In addition to swords and knives, Pure Blades offers a wide range of pop culture merchandise inspired by movies, video games, anime, television shows, and other entertainment media. Products include statues, figures, collectibles, apparel, artwork, and more.

Job Description & Responsibilities

As a Retail Associate, you will play a key role in supporting daily store operations and delivering outstanding service to our customers. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting customers and driving sales through product knowledge and engagement 
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and productivity throughout each shift 
  • Staying focused, proactive, and open to learning and growth opportunities 
  • Working toward individual sales targets and contributing to overall store goals 
  • Ensuring merchandise is well-organized and visually appealing 
  • Restocking products and assisting with inventory management to ensure accuracy 
  • Maintaining store cleanliness, including floors, glass, shelves, and displays 
  • Supporting all additional tasks necessary for the efficient operation of the store
