  • Support engineer letters and 811 request tracking.
  • Assist Project Managers with calendar updates, sub changes, change orders, final invoices, and office support.
  • Communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve work order and invoice issues.
  • Run budget reports and pricing analysis for management.
  • Collect and track subcontractor paperwork, including insurance certificates.
  • Help with invoicing questions, payment links, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain clear documentation of project activity and follow-through.
  • Support customer communication and help escalate concerns when needed.
  • Contribute ideas that help improve processes and team efficiency.
  • Pitch in on other admin tasks and support basic operations and sales functions as needed.
  • Schedule and track internal team meetings.
  • Cross-train in basic operations functions to provide coverage and support across the team.

What We Value

  • We value professionalism, teamwork, honesty, and accountability. We also expect all team members to protect confidential information and follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, warm phone presence.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable learning new systems and processes and using internal resources to solve problems.
  • A collaborative team player who takes ownership, follows through, and supports others.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and design documents, with general construction knowledge (how residential structures are built) considered a plus.
  • High computer literacy, especially with web-based systems.
