We are looking for warehouse casuals (short term) to assist our warehouse team during our peak sale period.
No warehouse experience needed - perfect for anyone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to kickstart their career in the fashion industry.
About the Role:
- This role will run from early May through to early July
- We need full availability during this period
- The shifts will be between 7am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday
- Shifts will vary between 3 - 8 hour shifts
- This is a hands-on role, so you’ll be on your feet and moving throughout your shift
- For exceptional performers, there may be opportunities to stay on beyond the sale period
Your day-to-day
- Performing in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment
- Dispatching of all orders using our systems to fulfill & ship orders
- Picking items for customers using our trolley system
- Dispatching orders using our systems to ensure they’re ready to ship
- Navigating a large warehouse using a handheld device
- Performing quality control checks (QC) to maintain accuracy and high standards
- Processing returns when required
- Stock handling, and replenishment
- Keeping up with repetitive tasks while staying focused and efficient
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
- A proactive mindset with the ability to think on your feet
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork
- Computer literacy and confidence using handheld devices
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Interest in online fashion and the e-commerce industry
