Head of Contract Management

Join Keller Executive Search as the Head of Contract Management and take the lead in shaping our contract lifecycle processes. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for overseeing contract negotiations, ensuring compliance, and fostering strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. Your expertise will drive efficiency, mitigate risks, and streamline operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the contract management team to ensure timely and accurate contract execution.
- Develop and implement contract management strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee contract drafting, review, negotiation, and approval processes to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including legal, procurement, and finance to support business objectives.
- Identify potential risks in contracts and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide training and support to stakeholders on contract management best practices.
- Continuously improve contract management processes through automation and technology integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certifications in contract management preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in contract management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of contract law, negotiation strategies, and compliance standards.
- Proven ability to manage teams and projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with contract management software and digital tools.
