• Requirements Elicitation: Lead large-scale business systems projects, including requirements gathering, analysis, and implementation. Provide support to Project Managers during the estimation and planning phases.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending new technologies or system enhancements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements.
• Solution Evaluation: Leverage deep expertise in both business and technology to recommend optimized solutions, drive solution design improvements, and ensure that selected solutions deliver long-term value and scalability.
• Mentorship: Mentor less experienced analysts, provide guidance on best practices and methodologies.
• All other tasks as assigned.

• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis.
• Possess IT background.
• Good command of English skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
• Advanced Business Analysis and Configuration Tools: Proficiency in more advanced tools and
  software for requirements management and documentation (e.g., Jira, Excel, Word, Microsoft Visio,
  PowerPoint). 
• Understanding of SDLC Methodologies: Comprehensive understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and DevOps, and the ability to adapt these methodologies to different project needs.
• Complex Requirements Management: Ability to handle complex and strategic requirements, including the use of sophisticated modeling and documentation techniques.
• Business Process Modeling: More advanced understanding of business process modeling techniques.
• Process Improvement: Deep understanding of process improvement methodologies.
• Problem Solving Skills: Expert innovative problem-solving skills.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide project teams.

Nice to have:

• Proficient daily use of AI coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) across the full SDLC
• Able to decompose complex tasks, provide effective context, and apply chain-of-thought and multi-step prompting workflows
• Experience with agentic workflows and AI-driven development frameworks
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools with other systems via MCP (Model Context Protocol) or equivalent
• Awareness of emerging AI tools and willingness to evaluate and adopt new capabilities
