• Requirements Elicitation: Lead individual and group meetings to gather detailed business requirements.
• Perform Impact Analysis: Identify and analyze scope change.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for business process improvement and make recommendations. Present user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, and process flow diagrams to the development team.
• Stakeholder Management: Facilitate requirements meetings and workshops with stakeholders.
• Solution Evaluation: Assist in evaluating potential solutions to meet business requirements through independent investigation. Adhere to product best practices to ensure consistent technical solution design.
• Collaboration: Facilitate discussions with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood, technical solutions are aligned, and testing plans are robust. Act as a key point of contact for complex system-related issues, providing detailed analysis and insights to refine design approaches.
• All other tasks as assigned.

• At least 2+ years of experience in business analysis
• Strong IT background (e.g., Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields)
• Hands-on experience working with API (e.g., Postman)
• Good Command of English Skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing).
• Good Business Analysis and Configuration Tools: Proficiency in more advanced tools and software for requirements management and documentation (e.g., Jira, Excel, Word, Microsoft Visio,..).
• Good Understanding of SDLC Methodologies: Deeper understanding of SDLC methodologies and the ability to apply them in various project contexts.
• Good Documentation Skills: Ability to create detailed business requirement documents and functional specifications.
• Good Business Process Modeling: More advanced understanding of business process modeling techniques.
• Good Business Analysis Techniques: Proficient in various business analysis techniques such as SWOT analysis, GAP analysis, and root cause analysis.

Nice to have:

• Experience using AI chat tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for research, debugging, and learning
• Familiarity with at least one AI coding assistant (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar)
• Ability to write clear, contextual prompts to generate code snippets, unit tests, or documentation
• Awareness of AI output limitations and responsible AI use (data privacy, handling of sensitive client data)
