About the Role

Main Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain employee data in HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow.
  • Process new hires, leaves, separations, employee status changes, and other employee lifecycle events.
  • Ensure that all necessary documents and approvals have been received and information is entered accurately into the system.
  • Maintain electronic employee files and records to meet record-keeping requirements.
  • Respond to employee and HR queries via ServiceNow.
  • Perform regular data audits and validations to ensure data integrity.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of employee records.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to resolve data-related issues.
  • Participate in system testing, data clean-up, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Document procedures and maintain up-to-date process guides.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders using Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
  • Support compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to employee data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, data management, or shared services environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday and ServiceNow for HR data processing and ticket handling will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, PivotTables, data formatting) will be an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint will be an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Basic understanding of data privacy regulations.
  • Prior experience in a HR Shared Services will be an added advantage.
