About the Role

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position. • Vacuum apartments, common and office areas • Dust apartments, common and office areas • Empty trash from apartments, common areas, bathrooms and office areas • Clean carpet in apartments, common office areas • Clean bathrooms in apartments, common and office areas • Clean entryway, patios, courtyards and ashtrays • Clean sidewalk areas near entryways • Clean courtyard furnishings • Clean debris from perimeter of building • Changing of linens and making of beds in apartments as needed • Report needed repairs or replacement items to Maintenance Leadership • Any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by any member of management .

Requirements

Must function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with the residents, coworkers and others. • Must be able to speak, read and write the English language in an understandable manner. • Must be able to relate to the elderly in a positive manner. • Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
