The Role:


You will be the lead of our grounds team, ensuring our residents have a safe, attractive, and well-maintained place to live year-round. Your day-to-day will involve:


Grounds Maintenance: Day-to-day maintenance of lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces.

Scheduling: Coordinate lawn schedule to include mowing, pruning, fertilizing, watering, and seasonal plantings.

Snow Removal: Coordinate snow removal plans including plowing and salting in the winter.

General Maintenance: Complete maintenance tasks and projects during the off-season.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:


Experience: 3-5 years of landscaping or groundskeeping, general maintenance skills.

Skills: Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

Licensing: Valid Driver's License and vehicle insurance required, DOT Health Card preferred but will help you obtain if needed.



Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor daily.
  • Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time in varying weather conditions.
  • Comfortable bending, squatting, kneeling, and working overhead for extended periods.
