Overview

As a TAG Combat Dive Carry on Hardware Program Manager, you will maintain accurate inventories and technical documentation for service-common dive equipment, manages configuration changes and technical data packages, and ensures all equipment meets required cybersecurity approvals. In this role, you will provide subject-matter expertise for the carry-on hardware program, coordinate waivers and certifications, keep the equipment tracker updated, and maintain a secure, well-organized archive of all approved documentation and records.

  • Active TS/SCI clearance. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain an accurate inventory of service-common dive equipment, ensuring all related technical documentation is current and accessible. 
  • Update inventory and technical library to reflect equipment or documentation changes, additions, or removals. 
  • Develop and maintain Technical Data Packages (TDPs) for equipment and systems in accordance with government standards. 
  • Maintain configuration control of all approved equipment, ensuring all changes are fully documented, approved, and tracked. 
  • Conduct annual reviews of all Carry-on Hardware (COH) equipment with Authorized to Operate (ATO) letters to ensure cybersecurity compliance. 
  • Submit timely requests for cybersecurity extensions or deletions and update equipment records to reflect changes in ATO status. 
  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for the COH program, ensuring compliance with program policies, regulations, and procedures. 
  • Draft, process, and coordinate approval for dive waivers, assessments, certifications, configuration changes, and related correspondence. 
  • Maintain and distribute regular updates to the COH tracker, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely communication to stakeholders. 
  • Maintain an organized and secure historical file system containing all approved COH documentation, correspondence, and records. 

Position Requirements: 

  • Possess Navy Dive School certification (NEC M1DV or higher). 
  • Must have 2 years minimum of technical experience in Naval Special Warfare, or equivalent TYCOM, inventory management concepts, practices, and procedures, to include government and industry best practices.    
  • Experience in Special Operations Forces (SOF) diving operations, including Dry Combat Submersible (DCS), Dry Deck Shelter (DDS), Lockout Trunk (LOT), and Lockout Chamber (LOC) operations aboard SSN and SSGN submarines. 
  • Possess a working knowledge of the NAVSEA/NOSSA Navy Lithium Battery Safety Program and shall be able to provide guidance and support to Naval Special Warfare (NSW) personnel as needed. 
  • Possess a valid state driver’s license 
  • Possess a valid passport. 

*Documentation providing proof of licensing/certification is required to be provided within 10 days of contract award*
