JOB DUTIES:

  • Perform soldering, PCB rework, and hardware assembly to support prototype builds and NPI activities.
  • Program devices according to provided operation guides and instructions.
  • Support RF and hardware validation by conducting testing and data collection using multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power analyzers, OTA chambers, and other lab instruments.
  • Assist EE engineers with hardware bring-up, debugging, and reliability testing during development and validation phases.
  • Create mechanical prototype parts using 3D printing for structural evaluation and design validation.
  • Operate X-ray inspection equipment to examine PCB assemblies and product boards for solder quality and assembly defects.
  • Prepare materials and manage parts inventory for prototyping and engineering builds.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to support prototype manufacturing, assembly, and engineering build schedules.

 

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 2 + years of experience in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 1 + years of experience strong soldering and PCB rework skills.
  • 1 + years Hands-on experience with basic electronic test equipment (e.g., multimeter, oscilloscope, power supply).
  • 1 + years of experience in lab work, prototype handling, and test execution.

 

WE VALUE:

  • Experience supporting NPI builds and engineering validation activities.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to understand workflows, learn required skills independently, and take initiative to support engineering and NPI activities.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately.
  • Experience operating advanced lab equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzer, OTA chamber, power analyzer, data logger).
  • Experience operating 3D printers for mechanical or enclosure prototyping.
  • Experience operating X-ray inspection equipment for PCB or electronics assembly analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with firmware flashing tools and processes.
  • Practical experience in hardware bring-up and basic troubleshooting.
