About the Role

Description

Mercedes-Benz | Luxury & Hospitality | Jumpstart your automotive career!

Every great client experience is backed by a great support team. Our Sales Support Staff are the backbone of the showroom floor — the people who keep things moving, looking sharp, and running smoothly so our sales team can focus on what they do best. Whether you're managing lot operations, supporting our administrative needs, or helping deliver a first impression that turns heads, you'll be an essential part of the Mercedes-Benz Van Center of Vancouver from day one.

We're building a team for multiple sales support roles, including Lot Attendants, Showroom Coordinators, and Sales Administrative Personnel. If you take pride in your work, love a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of something exciting from the very beginning — we want to hear from you.

ABOUT MERCEDES-BENZ VAN CENTER OF VANCOUVER

The Mercedes-Benz Van Center of Vancouver is a brand-new, dedicated Sprinter Van Center opening in August 2026 in the heart of the Vancouver/Portland metro area. We are not just another dealership — we are a purpose-built facility focused exclusively on Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans, serving businesses, commercial fleets, adventure enthusiasts, and hospitality partners across the Pacific Northwest.

This is a rare ground-floor opportunity. You won't be inheriting someone else's culture or fitting into an existing mold — you'll be helping to build it. We believe that exceptional hospitality isn't just for guests; it starts with how we treat each other and every person who walks through our doors.

At our Van Center, hospitality is a core value — not a department. Every team member plays a role in delivering an experience that is warm, professional, and genuinely different from anything in our market.

ROLES WE'RE FILLING

Lot Attendant — Vehicle movement, lot organization, fueling, delivery prep, and maintaining the pristine appearance of our inventory

Showroom Coordinator / Receptionist — Welcoming clients, managing phones and appointments, coordinating with sales staff, and ensuring every visitor feels the Mercedes-Benz hospitality difference

Sales Administrative Support — Supporting the sales team with paperwork, deal documentation, CRM data entry, title and DMV processing, and general office coordination

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Maintain vehicles on the lot and in the showroom to Mercedes-Benz presentation standards — clean, organized, and always ready to impress

• Move, stage, and prepare vehicles for delivery, test drives, and display

• Greet clients and visitors with genuine warmth and direct them to the right team member

• Manage incoming calls and scheduling with professionalism and a hospitality-first attitude

• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, documentation, and deal processing

• Assist with vehicle delivery coordination and ensure clients feel celebrated at pickup

• Keep the showroom, office areas, and lot clean, organized, and client-ready at all times

• Be a positive, proactive presence that makes the whole team better

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A positive, can-do attitude and genuine desire to be part of a team

• Strong attention to detail — you notice when something is out of place and you fix it

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you're warm and professional with everyone

• Prior experience in automotive, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required

• Administrative candidates: proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with data entry and documentation

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for Lot Attendant role)

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up as your best self every day

• Enthusiasm for being part of a brand-new, high-energy team environment

COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE

• Competitive hourly wages commensurate with role and experience

• Full-time and part-time positions available

• Opportunity to grow within the organization as the Van Center scales

WHY JOIN OUR FOUNDING TEAM?

• Ground-floor opportunity to shape the culture, processes, and standards of a brand-new operation

• Represent one of the world's most iconic luxury brands

• Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives

• Manufacturer-supported training and Mercedes-Benz certification opportunities

• Collaborative, hospitality-first culture where your contributions are seen and valued

• Serve a thriving and growing commercial market in one of the Pacific Northwest's fastest-growing corridors

• Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off

• Career growth potential as the business grows and scales
