Job Description
Senior Corporate Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting line manager for driving corporate brand communication, customer engagement through out all business units, and strengthening market presence. This role involves managing brand compliance, enhancing top-of-mind awareness, and executing marketing strategies to differentiate SGS from competitors.
1. Brand Management, PR & Corporate Communications:
- Development and execution of corporate branding and communication strategies in line with global brand guidelines.
- Manage and deliver consistent brand messaging across all communication channels to ensure brand compliance and governance.
- Coordinate corporate communication materials, including company profiles, brochures, presentations, press releases and internal communications.
2. Digital, Social Media & Lead Management
- Manage, update and optimize content across digital channels, including corporate website, social media platforms, email marketing, Zalo OA.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop engaging, high quality content aligned with brand positioning and business objectives.
- Perform digital marketing activities such as SEO/SEM, social media performance tracking and lead nurturing.
- Monitor digital performance metrics (reach, engagement, lead quality) and propose optimization actions.
3. Stakeholder & Cross functional Coordination
- Work closely with Business Units to localize marketing materials and support content requests.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for design, production, social content, media placement and event execution.
4. Marketing Operations & POSM Management
- Coordinate and manage the production, printing and distribution of POSM materials, including brochures, leaflets, standees, banners, backdrops and booth materials.
- Manage POSM and corporate gifting activities, including vendor sourcing, cost control and delivery timelines.
5. Reporting, Data & Governance
- Prepare and maintain regular marketing reports, including digital performance, campaign effectiveness, VOC summaries and POSM/gift usage tracking.
- Track KPIs and provide insights to support data driven marketing decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in relevant positions (strong in Marketing, Corporate Communications, Brand Management).
- Strong understanding of corporate branding, integrated marketing communications and digital marketing channels.
- Hands on experience with digital marketing tools (social media platforms, email marketing, SEO/SEM).
- Experience in vendor management, POSM production and corporate gifting processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and timelines.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Strong sense of ownership, proactive mindset and passion for delivering high quality outcomes.
