KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, driven, and have a passion to be part of a fast-paced, successful team. Being a strong team player is also important as well as someone who is happy to work flexibly.
- Hands-on experience in an IT Operations, infrastructure or end user support role, ideally within a global organisation. We are open to candidates looking to take a step up, provided they bring solid generalist foundations across at least two of our three pillars (Networks, End User Compute, Microsoft 365) and an appetite to grow into the third.
- End User Compute: Experience supporting Windows and Mac devices in a corporate environment, with hands-on use of Microsoft Intune (and ideally Microsoft Autopilot) to manage both platforms end-to-end – enrolment, compliance, configuration profiles and application deployment.
- Microsoft 365: Practical experience administering Microsoft 365 services – Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive – along with Entra ID for identity, group and licence management.
- Awareness of common enterprise security tooling and a willingness to work alongside Information Security to maintain and fine-tune controls across endpoints, identity and messaging.
- Exposure to the ITIL framework and service management practices (incident, request, change and problem).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to own an issue through to resolution, including the ability to “de-tech” conversations with business stakeholders.
- Comfortable working both as part of a team and independently on assigned tasks, within a global, matrixed organisation.
- Experience of contributing to stakeholder meetings such as operational reviews, Change Advisory Boards and scoping workshops, and comfortable documenting changes, runbooks and knowledge base articles.
- A curious generalist mindset – keen to learn across disciplines rather than specialise narrowly, with broad commercial and technical awareness.
- Able to balance focus on allocated tasks with responsiveness to changing priorities and user needs, working flexibly alongside colleagues across the wider team.
If you're excited about the role but your experience, skills or qualifications don't perfectly align, we encourage you to apply anyway.
