Pay: $18/hour + tips. Weekend Opener 4 AM - 12 PM.

Copper Horse Bistro is a fast-paced, grab-and-go coffee shop located on the main concourse just outside security at Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport, creating a high-energy hub for travelers, locals, and airport teams. More than a quick stop, it’s where great service and speed set the tone for every journey.

We’re currently looking for a Barista who loves crafting great coffee, connecting with people, and being part of a close-knit, purpose-driven team.

What You’ll Do

• Craft high-quality coffee and espresso drinks with care and consistency
• Create warm, welcoming moments for guests starting (or ending) their journey
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Work collaboratively with teammates in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Represent Copper Horse and SharBert with professionalism and pride
• Take drink orders and answer questions about the menu.
• Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other equipment with precision and attention to detail.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Handle cash, credit card payments, and electronic transactions with integrity and accuracy.
• Keep the coffee preparation area, equipment, and dining area clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff.
• Monitor and restock supplies, such as coffee beans, syrups, cups, and lids, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
  

What We’re Looking For

• A positive, reliable team player with a heart for hospitality
• Coffee or customer service experience preferred (but we’re happy to train the right person)
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and some holidays
• Comfort working in a busy airport environment
