About the Role

Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate service revenue
  • Schedule and track timely repairs for rental and customer equipment
  • Coordinate work schedules and maintain proper accounting of service technician productivity
  • Effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities
  • Give clear concise direction w/expectations
  • Enforce a clean and orderly work environment in the shop and yard
  • Promote and enforce company policies
  • Promote teamwork between departments and throughout the organization
  • Efficient and responsible use of email and management system
  • Maintain an organized electronic filing system
  • Proficiency with OEM information systems
  • Has a good understanding of product maintenance requirements and typical repairs

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year service and maintenance experience
  • Effective communication skills – both written and oral
  • Good conflict resolution skills
  • An understanding of business management
