This is a full-time on-site role located in Addison, TX as a Dispatcher for Academy Access Solutions, a Leo FM portfolio company. You will be responsible for dispatching jobs to vendors and technicians across multiple trades and ensuring work is completed to standard for our customers. You will be part of a team that manages hundreds of jobs simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail and follow-through. This job requires significant verbal communication with both clients and vendors, and applicants should be prepared to build quality relationships through their interactions. We are hiring 3 dispatchers due to business growth and Leo partnership.

Experience:

· At least one year of facility maintenance, lock, door, safe, access control, security, or other maintenance and construction dispatching/project coordination experience.

· Experience with basic project management or costing principles.

Requirements

Successful applicants will have:

· Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Good communication skills and confidence to speak with our customers and vendors.

· Solid computer and typing skills as this position involves computer work in our various systems throughout the day.

· Ability to prioritize work activities based upon financial impact to desired business goals.
