We are seeking an Associate Environmental Scientist to join our Contaminated Land and Water team within our Sydney office. Have the opportunity to work alongside more than 45 land and water professionals across Australia who are actively invested in mentoring, collaboration and your long-term career development.
This role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:
- Successfully project managing a diverse range of projects that are delivered on time and on budget
- Playing a key role in overseeing and conducting detailed site inspections
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients
- Preparing and submitting complex reports and proposals
- Providing advice regarding environmental legislation and guidelines
- Mentoring and developing juniors
Your Expertise and Skills
These requirements reflect the knowledge, skills and abilities that help you do your best work here.
- Tertiary qualification from a recognised institute in Environmental Science/ Environmental Engineering/ Environmental Management or related field
- 10+ years experience within contaminated land and water
- Solid understanding of NSW and national environmental frameworks
- Industry certification (CEnvP or CPSS) or keen interest to pursue this
