Job Description :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in accounting software and Indian taxation (GST, TDS), and be comfortable working independently.





Key Responsibilites:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations


• Handle accounts payable and receivable


• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports


• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements


• File GST returns and TDS returns on time


• Perform bank reconciliations and expense tracking


• Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and financial transactions


• Work on Zoho Books / Tally for accounting and reporting


• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing


• Generate and maintain MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management review


• Analyze MIS data to provide insights on expenses, revenue, and financial performance


• Monitor and improve financial processes for efficiency

Required Skills :

• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role


• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation


• Hands-on experience with Zoho Software, or similar accounting software


• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting


• Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, reports, data handling)


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy


• Good organizational and time management skills


• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
