Waitress - 20 day Activation Event

We are launching a stylish, high-energy beach pop-up restaurant set within a luxury hotel destination in Saudi Arabia. This is not a standard restaurant—it’s a social, vibrant, and experience-led space where great food, music, and atmosphere come together.

The concept blends relaxed beach vibes with premium service, attracting a mix of trend-conscious guests, VIP visitors, and lifestyle seekers.

We are looking for energetic and guest-focused waitresses who can bring personality, warmth, and professionalism to the floor.

This role is about more than serving—it’s about creating a fun, memorable experience for every guest while maintaining high service standards expected in a premium environment.

The opportunity is based at a luxury beach resort in Saudi Arabia and all air travel, boarding and lodging is covered by the company. This is a 20 day activation event running from 18 May 2026 - 7 June 2026

Guest Experience & Service

• Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently
• Deliver friendly, engaging, and attentive service to all guests

• Balance a fun, relaxed attitude with professional service standards
• Read the mood of guests and adapt your service style accordingly
• Handle special requests and ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience

• Work closely with the team to maintain smooth service during busy periods
• Support setup, cleanliness, and organization of the café space
• Ensure tables, service stations, and guest areas are always well-presented

• 2+ years of experience as a Waitress / Captain Waitress in hotels, restaurants, cafés, or beach clubs.
• Understanding of restaurant service to VIP guests.
• Understanding of the flow of service.
• Ability to manage atleast 5 tables at a time independently.

• Experience in high-energy or fast-paced environments.

• All Travel & Flights Covered. Full travel arrangements, including flights and transfers, will be arranged ensuring a seamless journey to and from the activation location.
