About the Role

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Content Specialist - REMOTE. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing, researching, and crafting comprehensive consumer health content that educates and engages our audience. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to scope, plan, and lead projects that leverage AI efficiencies and drive content expansion tailored to defined target populations. Your expertise will influence the creation of high-quality educational materials across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and industry standards.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and edit consumer health materials for websites and various media.
  • Coordinate clinical reviews with internal and external clinicians.
  • Participate in project planning, research, and the editorial process.
  • Utilize web performance analytics and user testing to guide content strategy.
  • Lead AI project management and content expansion initiatives.
  • Track projects to ensure completion aligns with corporate deadlines.
  • Engage in audits of the content library to identify and resolve issues.
  • Attend all required meetings and collaborate effectively with teams.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in journalism, communications, English, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in research, writing, and editing.
  • 5 years of copy editing and developmental editing experience.
  • 3 years of experience with AI tools for content matching and enhancement.
  • 3 years in a project lead or coordinator role.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret scholarly sources and data.
  • Proficiency in collaborative software and content management systems.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
