Job Description
Responsibilities:
● Assists with recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and follows up at the end of the recruiting process.
●Conducts interviews with candidates.
● Act as a resource to candidates by responding to questions throughout the hiring process.
● Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the TA Supervisor and/or TA Manager.
● Maintains allocated job boards including LinkedIn, Smart Recruiter, Volunteermatch, and Handshake
● Assists supervisor with job board research.
● Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
● Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Here’s what we’re looking for:
● Highly organized professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills, recognized for strong interpersonal abilities and a meticulous attention to detail.
● Must be available to volunteer 8-10 hours a week / 10+ months
● Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
● Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
● Proficient with Notion, Asana, managing jobs and related software.
● Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience preferred.
