About the Role

How you make a difference

 

The Business-to-Technical Data Solutions Specialist acts as the bridge between business partners and technical teams to turn data needs into practical, usable solutions. This role takes the lead on exploring data, answering operational and clinical questions, and delivering dashboards, workflows, and automations that support decision-making. They work independently to clarify vague or high-level requests and transform them into well-defined, actionable outputs. The position partners closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes, and workflows while staying aligned with business goals.

 

Qualifications & Requirements

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred.

Experience

  • Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards, workflows, or automations.
  • Proficiency with SQL and handson experience querying, validating, and exploring data.
  • Experience working crossfunctionally with nontechnical teams to clarify needs and translate requirements into technical solutions.

Licenses/Certifications

  • None Required

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Serve as the primary business-to-technical translator for data, reporting, and workflow needs, including dedicated support for Zenova.
  • Independently query, validate, and analyze data using SQL to answer operational and clinical questions.
  • Design, build, and maintain clear, reliable, and actionable dashboards in Tableau or similar platforms.
  • Structure, curate, and manage data to support dashboards, reports, automations, and workflows.
  • Partner with stakeholders to clarify ambiguous requests, identify root causes, and deliver solutions that improve processes and meet business needs.
