Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Receive, review, and accurately process customer orders in SAP, including order acknowledgement and confirmation to customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, maintaining strong working relationships with customers and Sales stakeholders.
  • Manage end-to-end order management and export shipment activities, including coordination with freight forwarders, preparation of export documentation, and ensuring compliance with international logistics requirements, Incoterms, and trade regulations.
  • Monitor order fulfilment and export shipment status by running open order reports daily and proactively highlighting exceptions, delays, or compliance issues to customers and management.
  • Utilize strong product, process, customer, and international logistics knowledge to provide effective solutions and guidance throughout the order and shipment lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Log and manage customer complaints through the QM system, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate follow-up.
  • Process Credits, Debits, and Return Authorizations (RAs) accurately within the Dispute Module and ensure resolution within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain and update all customer-related master data, including shipping and export-related details, to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide backup support and coverage for team members during planned or unplanned absences to ensure business continuity.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in customer service, order management, or sales operations, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP (order entry, reporting, master data management) is highly preferred.
  • Good coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple internal teams and external customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze issues, and exercise sound judgment with customer-centric sensitivity.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
