Position Summary:
We’re seeking a full time Case Aide for the Home Care Services team at our Mesa office. The Case Aide will assist HCS Supervisors with caseload management. This position will generally work in the office from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide staffing support when Supervisors are in the field.
- Cover caseloads when Supervisors are out sick or on leave.
- Respond to emails and calls when Supervisors are in the field.
- Collect and upload Habilitation forms.
- Request Person Centered Service Plans from health plans.
- Assist with PCA (caregiver) compliance.
- Support supervisor home visit scheduling.
- Verify signatures on time cards.
- Additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in home care administrative operations.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, creating reports, and analyzing data tables in Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
